- DHL Express Courier or EMS Courier for overseas orders. Estimate time for delivery 1-4 working days.
- DHL Economy possibility for EU countries. Estimate time for delivery 4-7 working days.
**Upon acceptance of your order, you will be sent an email with the Order Tracking Link as well as your shipping number.
You are responsible for receiving the product. “ILashArtis” is not responsible for cases where due to your own fault you have not received the product, such as if you have entered your address incorrectly, or you omitted to receive the product from the courier company, etc.
DELIVERY TIME
- For orders that are shipped overseas, they will be shipped within 24 hours with the estimated time of delivery in your door 1-4 working days with DHL Express Courier/ Ems Courier, it depends on the zone of your Country.
- In the step of checkout, you can see the shipping costs when filling up your address. For orders placed on weekends or public holidays, these will be processed the following working day.
- Orders to third countries outside of the European Union may be subject to additional taxes and duties not included in the price of the product, depending on your country.
