    NEED ANY HELP?

    1Do you ship to my country?
    Yes! We ship absolutely worldwide. Moreover in the checkout page you have 2 options to choose about the shipping method with Courier or Post.
    2How much does the shipping coast to my country?
    The shipping is calculated due to weight and destination of the products. Place wanted products in basket, fill out the address and shipping charges will appear.
    3How to change language in the web shop?
    Tap on the Greek flag in right upper corner (on the desktop, mobile version has the flag in the middle of the screen up on the site), and change the flag into English. Whole site will be translated into English language.
    4When will I receive products if I order now?
    Your order will be shipped within 24 hours from when we receive your order. Orders placed before 10am will be shipped the same day. Delivery time 24-48 hours. International orders will be shipped 24-48 hours from order received. Delivery time between 5-10 working days.
    5How do I pay for my order?
    Greek orders can be payed with PayPal and all Card payments The products can be ordered through web-shop and chosen to be picked up in our local store in Rhodes town. International orders with Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Amex.
    6Products Returns?
    We gladly take our products back within one week of received products. Unused, unopened and with original packaging on. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges of returned products. For more specific information about the returns you will find in our terms and conditions. Link about them is in the end of all our pages.
    7How can I create my own account?
    It is Very simple, you need your email and a password. You can also create it upon completion of your order.
    8Why is it important to have my own account?
    Your benefits are enough and it doesn't cost. Initially you save time because you do not have to fill in personal details all over again, moreover you can collect points and spare your money in the future purchases, plus you can view your order history as well as set up your shipping address.
    9How long it takes for my order to be shipped?
    It depends on the shipping method you will choose. In the checkout page when you fill up the address details, you will see the shipping days that your order will be delivered.
